Project title: Playbook “How to build a modern Business around Web 3”
One-liner: Development of the playbook to share lessons learned by NEAR Hispano in the process of building an educational regional NEAR Hub. Focus on the two main areas:
- Deep Dive Into The Use-Case Of NEAR Hispano
- Extraction The Key Principles that can be applied by any other NEAR Entrepreneur

Here is the list of activities executed by the team in the month of March:

Analyzing all the data obtained from the interviews and collecting extra additional information from NEAR Hispano core team

Writing the playbook (@Aria @MarioRomero @Sofia_Alum) and proofreading by different people. Special credit to Erin Kristina (NEAR Edu fellow in residence). Original text here (35 pages in total)

Implementing feedbacks from the UX designer and finalizing the website (credit to @tucq88 @videvidts )

Creating the videos for the “Golden Quotes” to integrate to respective sections of the playbook (14 videos in total are available on the website currently, all can be found on the OWS YT )

Developing of the long-term maintenance strategy for helping the community leaders to use the playbook + long term marketing plan on how to market the product outside the NEAR ecosystem and attract more entrepreneurs (@MarioRomero @vrdoingthings )
