Project title: Playbook “How to build a modern Business around Web 3”
One-liner: Development of the playbook to share lessons learned by NEAR Hispano in the process of building an educational regional NEAR Hub. Focus on the two main areas:
- Deep Dive Into The Use-Case Of NEAR Hispano
- Extraction The Key Principles that can be applied by any other NEAR Entrepreneur

Here is the list of activities executed by the team in the month of March:
- Attend weekly meetings and provide feedback on different aspects of the project as required.
- Analyzed all the data obtained from the interviews and collected extra additional information from NEAR Hispano core team as required
- Writing the playbook with @Sofia_Alum and @Aria, as well as providing feedback on the playbook development
- Researched additional material to assist in writing the playbook
- Creating and proposing ideas for the playbook’s marketing plan.
- Participated in ad hoc activities (i.e. Twitter spaces with NEAR week)
- Developed the long-term maintenance strategy for helping the community leaders to use the playbook + long term marketing plan on how to market the product outside the NEAR ecosystem and attract more entrepreneurs.
