Project Status: Completed

Project Accounting: We were very fortunate to have been approved for a grant of 4,500 USD from MDAO, which has enabled us to implement various initiatives. We’d like to outline the results of the KIPs we achieved with this grant.

Highlights:

We created a beautiful brand through the process of Co-Branding, where the community played a pivotal role in shaping creative decisions regarding how the brand looks, our goals, and values. This collaborative effort resulted in the development of our Charter.

Thanks to the marketing and communications efforts we achieved an impressive total of 29,861 impressions in our social media.

What we promised:

Social engagement score (base on budget allocated to Social Media of 1000 USD)

  • X 250 USD: 100 followers ( 2.5 USD per follower), likes 10 per post, comments 5 per post (15 reactions average per post)
  • Telegram 250 USD: 35 new members (7.1 USD per new member).
  • near.social 250 USD: 20 Followers (12.5 USD per follower).
  • LinkedIn 250: 30 Followers (8.3 USD per follower).

What we achieved:

  • X 250 USD: 185 followers (1.35 USD per follower), (146 reactions average per post)
  • Telegram 250 USD: 107 new members (2.3 USD per new member).
  • near.social 250 USD: 32 Followers (7.8 USD per follower).
  • LinkedIn 250: 19 Followers (13.1 USD per follower).

Learnings:

In summary, we surpassed expectations on all platforms except LinkedIn, where we acknowledge the need for more attention. However, we believe we compensated for it by overdelivering on other fronts.

Next Steps:

We will continue our efforts to grow this DAO, we will apply to HoM V1 for further funding work on other initiatives to achieve our vision.
