Good day to the entire NEAR COMMUNITY.
The month of end of February to the entire month of March was eventful for the entire community of NEAR NIGERIA. As we were able to achieve all written in our Feb/March proposal for NEAR NIGERIA.
In relation to this Feb/march proposal 4 near nigeria
BLOCKCHAINUNN EVENT
which occurred on the 5th of march at the prestigious university of Nigeria Enugu. This event was attended by over 1000 students and saw the likes of octopus Network Nigeria, boundless pay, Radio Raca, Celo and the rest sponsoring the event. This gave the NEAR NIGERIA representatives opportunity to discuss with lots of people in relation to NEAR, OCTOPUS NETWORK, The NEAR UNIVERSITY, NEAR DEVELOPERS PROGRAM and other opportunities available to them in the NEAR ECOSYSTEM, And we are happy as many have joined the NEAR NIGERIA community and enrolled for several programmes at the NEAR UNIVERSITY.
AMA ACTIVITIES.
During the month of March we were both guest and host to several AMAs both at the NEAR NIGERIA communities and also other communities such as
Gate.io Nigeria community.

DAO FORMATION:
In the early month of March, we saw it as a task to involve more of the community in decision making in regards activities of NEAR NIGERIA, to make it more open and more decentralised and this brought about migrating the Guild dao from sputnik to Astro-dao and plans are in place to convert NPKGUILD to a full Dao, As we have the NEAR-NIGERIA DAO available.

MINTBASE STORE:
In a quest to promote and encourage Artist in Nigeria and the NEAR NIGERIA COMMUNITY, we set up a Store on mintbase whereby 50% of proceeds goes to the artist and 50% remains within the community. Currently we have several artworks on display in our gallery and some artist songs will be minted this month of April.

NPK TALK SERIES:
This was an interesting section which provided a summary of events that occurred on weekly bases in both Nigeria and Africa cryptosphere including NEAR-PROTOCOL and this drew in traffic as members of the community were interested in knowing more about the entire cryptosphere at large.

NEAR NIGERIA EDUCATORS PROGRAM
Completed the third circle of this program as this are opportunities the community members have to teach the members of NEAR NIGERIA the various aspects of NEAR-PROTOCOL AND The entire cryptosphere at large. This process involves volunteers taking up topics in which they do detailed research and are given 1 to 2 hrs to interact with the community and questions are asked to clarify their doubts.

COMMUNITY GROWTH.
With various programs already in play in various of our communities especially on telegram, we can now proud of having the biggest NEAR-PROTOCOL based community in Africa with an increase from 1600 to 2300+

All social media ranging from LinkedIn, Facebook, twitter and Instagram saw a rapid increase in number from less than 500 to a whooping 1000+, all social media were used to pass both Nearprotocol and Nearprotocol Nigeria activities and announcements

This subunits in charge of NEAR NIGERIA design in collaboration with the community in terms of voluntary projects and bounties were able to create several designs in respect to various activities going on in the cryptosphere.

And an established 50+ were created by a combined forces of the core members and community of NEAR NIGERIA.

We met with convexity a blockchain incubation hub in Abuja, Nigeria were we talked about how to train Nigerian based Rust Developers, challenges faced and future of NEAR in Nigeria.
