Hi everyone,

Since December, I have been working in a new role as Globe DAO Council. I am very happy about the new position and would like to share with you my December and January activities.

Report:

  • Globe DAO team meetings every Thursday 10am UTC and additional meetings as needed. Meeting Duration between 1-2hours. Attended total meetings: 10

  • Meeting and constant contact with HOM on Telegram.

  • Speaker at the NEAR Foundation TownHall December 13, 2023. Introduction Globe DAO

  • Preperation of the Globe DAO charter

    • Background
    • KPIs

  • Preperation of the KPI & Budget

  • I am an active participant in the review, evaluation and reporting process for Globe DAO applicants. Review past performance, comment and ask questions and work with Globe DAO councils to understand the varied points of view that exist around each proposal.

  • Regular communication with specific proposers to provide feedback and guidance on their proposals as they consider posting to the forum.

    • Meeting with NEAR Africa - Bakaka & Igboze, Topic: Campus Events (1 hour)
    • Meeting with NEAR Türkiye, handover of leadership (5 hours)
    • Meeting with NEAR German (2 hours)
    • Assisting NEAR Latam - Colombia, Topic: how to apply to the Globe DAO (30mins)
    • … Maintain ongoing communication with regional leaders and explain KPIs
