Hey everyone, ever since Globe DAO got the green light to join Grassroot DAO on November 22, 2023, I’ am happily to serve as the Council for Globe DAO
So, I would like to share with you what went down in December 2023 and January 2024 based on my previous activities:

Attended a total of 10 formal meetings (100% attendance), including regular weekly ones and some informal ones with Council, NF & HoM members.

Kickstarted the Charter document NEAR Globe Community Charter - Google Docs, made improvements, and went through evaluation iterations.

Engaged actively in the Telegram Group discussions with HoM members.

Formulated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), iterated, revised, and evaluated them. Globe DAO Budget (Public) - Google Sheets

Help to crafted a registration form for regional communities. Form Submission

Commit 2-4 hours daily to participated in the review, evaluation, and reporting process for Globe DAO applicants, going through over 12 proposals in December and 14 in January, including funding request forms.

Communicated and reached the teams from NEAR Singapore, Near Malaysia, and Near Philippines to discuss the status of their communities.

Held regular communication with proposers, offering feedback and guidance on their proposals before posting them on the forum.
- Met with NEAR Africa for an hour to discuss Campus Events feasibility
- Had a 4-5 hour meeting with NEAR Indonesia for leadership handover, charter explanation, and KPI details.
- Conducted a 2-3 hour meeting & chat assistance session with NEAR Korea.
- Coordinated with NEAR Hausa regarding NEAR Globe DAO.
- Maintained ongoing communication with regional leaders, explaining KPIs.

Forming a group with BuildDAO team members to discover potential collaboration in future
We know this is a fresh start fueled by the NEAR Ecosystem spirit to roll together and get the community moving across the globe through Globe DAO. Sure, there are a lot of bumps and letdowns in making this all happen.
Sorry if we can’t please everyone, this is a whole new ballgame from our serious commitment to drive Globe DAO, and we really need the community leaders to have our backs in getting this all going.
