Hi everyone,

We have been representing NEAR to Türkiye since March 2021 and are active on Telegram, Medium, Twitter, Youtube and currently developing projects on NEAR together with our developers.

I’ve been following the Marketing DAO October key performance indicators (KPIs) Marketing (Eco) DAO October's funding round - #4 by nonothenono and set our goals accordingly.

Why to support our project:
Ownership of digital currencies in Turkey is one the highest in the world.
The Turkish lira’s volatility and rising inflation seen in recent months has led our investors / crypto enthuasists / developers to see cryptocurrency as a profitable investment in the long term and as a hedge against inflation in the short term. Unfortunately, little English is spoken in Turkish-speaking countries and members cannot follow the latest updates on NEAR and misunderstand some topics. It’s hard for the community to express themselves in English.
As mentioned above, we have been representing NEAR in Türkiye since March 2021 and continue our support in good times and bad.

  1. Accounts retention after 1/2/4/8 weeks and Social engagement score
    aim to retain at least 50% onboarded accounts

We will continue sharing daily content in all our social media accounts, get in touch with different crypto communities and give support 7/24. We already have an active community since 2021 and will retain and engage with our existing community.

  • Near Social: Share all news and let the community like / comment. Create Quizzes on-chain.
  • Use Keypom as reward to increase engagement.

  2. Median number of dApps
    We will follow dapps listed on DappRadar and invite the community to use the dapp on NEAR. Promotion Via campaigns AMAs, mini contests.
    How will we track transactions?
    We will collect users .near addresses manually before the campaign and check the activity on Pikespeak. The most active user will have the chance to earn NEAR via Keypom. Furthermore we will check projects built on NEAR and try to organize AMAs with them.

Additional activities:
Increase developers and build projects on NEAR
By holding mini workshops in our office, creating widgets on NEAR like the AI widget
being active in developer community groups and in all social media channels, we are aiming to reach out to new devs and invite them to NEAR. We are planning to get in touch with DEVHUB to organize a BOS Workshop event in November / December.

Costs

Account onboarding and Retention:

  • Telegram support 7/24 by three admins, onboard and retain new users: 800$
  • Twitter x Near Social news sharing like rt contests to increase engagement: 400$
  • Content creation on Medium and TG, Dapp explanational content: 400$

Dapps campaigns / contests / community activities / rewards: 400$

Thank you for your proposal and your great job in your previous reports.

Your previous proposal focused more on on-chain engagements and the building of the widgets, but you have fewer interactions in Near Social, which is, of course, the only option we have set that shows community interaction.

How do you track the activities of the accounts you are active ?

Yes, last month we focused more on onboarding developers into the ecosystem and creating widgets/new projects on NEAR. We had more than 130 participants at the event, we are now contacting them and will ask them to create a Near Social account. This proposal now relates more to community interaction, but we plan to organize a new workshop in December to continue our developer activities as well.

If you can check the RCDAO tracking sheet that we have had for the past few months, you can see a list of wallet addresses from Türkiye. Most of our community users already have a NEAR account. Our main task will be to attract new users and retain the existing ones to use more Dapps on NEAR. I need to manually check the campaign participants on the chain via Pikespeak.
For reporting we can use the excel list and write in a new column the total transaction the user had. example wallet from a community member: Pikespeak NEAR analytics

Dear Marketing (Eco) DAO contributor, your application was approved by Marketing (Ecosystem) DAO. The approved proposal included in October’s request to NDC Trust.

Please advise that during this transition period (NDC v0-v1), the following applications’ approval procedure:

  1. :green_circle: October 21 - 25th time for proposals from the Community, updates accordingly to NDC Metrics;
  2. :green_circle: October 26 reviewing by MDAO councils, approval on governance forum, and creation post-request to NDC (House of Merit , CoA, NDC trust);
  3. :yellow_circle: October 27-31st, House of Merit (HOM) will review your proposal;
  4. :red_circle: October 31 – HOM will vote for your proposal on-chain;
  5. :red_circle: November 1, in case of successful approval by HOM, HOM will pass the request to COA to vote on-chain;
  6. :red_circle: November 2nd-6th – CoA will review your proposal and vote on-chain (can veto);
  7. Once the CoA gives its approval, the NDC Trustees will carry out the transaction, provided that the expenses align with the Trust’s objectives;

So, during this time, please

  1. Fill out the form to pass KYC KYC Request Form (if not yet)
  2. Wait for future instruction from Marketing (Ecosystem) DAO and an invitation to create a transfer on Astro DAO.
