Introduction
I’m in collaboration with the NEAR Hispano México City community and Web3 Labs to help brand, design and build a dedicated Art/NFT market that would better help artists of Mexico City and Latin America promote and generate income as well as awareness from their art. The mission is to promote Latin America’s vast and vibrant art scene and to make it accessible to a wider digital community. With the cooperation of the NEAR Hispano México City community and Web3 Labs, we aim to help bridge more artists into the web3 space.
About Me
Aside from being a Mexican City resident for three years. I’m a strategic creative focused on digital and integrated platforms that include mobile, tablet, web:1-3, and multichannel branded storytelling. I’m hands-on with experience from both agency service and brand product side which is a rare and valuable combination. I’m also an art appreciator, collector, and design enthusiast.
I have provided end-to-end experience strategy and creative compass for Credit Suisse , Madame Tussaud , SunTrust , Nestlé , Sotheby’s , American Express , Nintendo , AOL , A&E Networks , Nickelodeon , Infusion , Strawberry Frog , Deepfocus , Digitas , and Wunderman .
I’m a recognized innovator with the proven ability to sell ideas, inspire and drive business goals. I have served as the Creative and UX Director for Sotheby’s global digital group, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. While at Sotheby’s, I was part of the initial leadership team that created and reinvented Sotheby’s digital solutions, such as the catalogue app which still publishes close to 400 global catalogue per year. This transformation from print to digital is widely considered an auction house success story.
My wish is to combine my knowledge and expertise in consuming and creating memorable experiences for brands in need of user experience and creative direction.
Phase One: Design
I will partner with the Near México City community and Web3 Labs and use the existing framework of mintbase to create, brand, and design an Art/NFT Market for Mexican/Latin focused art.
Approach:
I will review the mintbase existing framework to fully understand how to implement a redesign of a digital product that people love to use. Near will provide any coding help regarding any UX code features or functions deemed necessary such as English to Spanish translations. MR will provide two rounds of revisions for branding and design based on the stakeholder’s feedback from the product review.

Week One:
Sign-off SOW
I will put together an SOW for a cost of 20k which will be paid in milestones of thirds
1st Upon Signing of SOW- 6k
2nd Approval of Branding and Design- 7k
3rd Site Launch- 7k
Kick-off and mintbase framework knowledge transfer
Week Two:
Sprint One : Branding and Market Visual Proof of Concepts
Week Three thru Six
Sprint Two : Design, Build, Test, and Launch

After Site Launch…
Building a product or platform doesn’t end with “build it and they will come”, a marketing and awareness plan is needed to grow and evolve the platform. Michael Redding has the connections and knowledge to help grow such a platform.
Phase Two: Grow
(a separate budget to be decided) I will take on the role of gallery and marketing director to drive site traffic and curate on-site art events that will bridge NFT art for digital and physical experiences.
Phase Three: Evolve
I will continue to grow and evolve the NFT market and gallery of artists as director of curation and marketing. My salary, gallery assistant, marketing, and operations cost will come from the percentage of sales (TBD) from the NTF market and gallery sales.
