The NCD Bootcamp Winner Team Minga By FintechLab is interested in participating in LaBitConf 2021, the biggest event of bitcoin and blockchain in Latin America. This proposal is to request a grant intended to participate in the event at El Salvador and have a presence as NEAR Hispano.

Purpose on attending LaBitConf 2021
- To be recognized as one of the main women broadcasters of the Near Hispano Guild at the LaBitConf event by inviting 3 women leaders from different countries to the Near Hispano community. (RosaMaria)
- Share experiences about the Business Use Case “Minga Project” using Near Technology and their social impact to rural economy. (Dennis)
- Participate in the LaBitConf Hackathon using Near technology and sharing the business use cases with the attendance. (Julia)
- Invite at least 20 participants of the LaBitConf event to the Near Hispano Guield community (Julia)
- Promote and invite at least 10 new developers to participate in the Near Hispano NCD Bootcamp. (RosaMaria, Julia, Dennis)
- Present in LaBitConf our FintechLab business case proposal for scrow accounts services in the unbanked rural economy for LatinAmerica. (RosaMaria, Julia, Dennis)
