Hello world, hello NEARverse. Im duOCELOT, creator and curator, and I want to propose the creation of a fund to support a system for a collectible themed series with multiple artists at mintable.

The idea its to raise a fund, and pay per project delivered per artist an amount proportional to the fund. At first 50N per artist, so 100N per art piece. The arts are united by a theme, thats decided by a curating system, divided by seasons.
Each season, a theme.

Each week 2 art pieces, initialy, created by 2 artists collaborating with each other. Multimedia video pieces, with sound and graphics. The selection will be decided into 2 different ways.

1 open for everyone
Anyone can present a piece that fit into the criterias of the project to apply for it. 2 artists, multimedia nft, themed of the season. The selection will be curated.

2 the curators choose the artists to create a piece

The regularity of a weekly double minting themed art production, involving multiple artists, will generate media, and the sales will refund the invested money.

The format of the nfts will be divided into multiple edition of 18 copies

18 editions for to be sale at first market at 20 near each, 50/50 dao/artists

The project costs

100N per nft, 2 a week, to be divided into 2 collab artists

500N for the curator job

1300N month with a income to replenish the fund. Until the project became self sustained.

The curator will be responsible for the social media propaganda, and present a strategy to the season. will have a calendar of each season, to determinate the theme, and the advertise campaign. It will be a monthly advanced done, so theres space to fill any gap that may occur at the meantime.

The curator job will be handled by 3 persons, at choice, for the first cicle, until 4 seasons are complete. Then it will be created a DAO council upon the experience of the first cicle.

Each season should be at minimun 1 month, decided by an agreement of the fund (investor) and the project

It need to be worked at advance, before the public release. Every NFT creation will be a 5 person creation ( should the council be divided into 3, no bigger then that.

( could be voted and decided along the development that more people should be part of it )

The obligations are:

To present a calendar with all the dates, info about the concept, and the defense of it. It will be open to the public to access these documents. ( everything will be open, except the communication related to the artist creatuons and its process, for defend and protect intelectual property.

Garantee that all the delivered art pieces matches the quality standard that the project estabilishes, from a professional and organized view. Also the concept matches with the it.

Work out all the communication neeeds, meetings, and sessions that the project will demand

The Clan its a banner that serve and protect the artists and their work, helping and supporting then, by trading knowledgment, tools, providing and creating material to help the art community. From references to tutorial videos and documents to help from simple tasks, as to financial, planning and managment skills.
