Filipino Artist Guild is a community of Filipino artists in near ecosystem in which we support, educate and echo Filipino artists in the ecosystem, to help them promote and advocate for their arts as a bigger community and cultivate their talents.

Bi-weekly art challenge

Event Name: Bi-weekly art challenge
Event Budget: $130 per week
WHAT :
Bi-weekly art challenge is an art challenge aims to :
● Showcase the F.a.g artists’ ability to create an art in a bi-weekly basis
● Share their unique designs and artworks through a certain theme/topic.
WHEN:
- Every 1st and 3rd week of the month.
- Topic announcement will be on first Monday of the 1st and 3rd week and the winner will be announced a week later.
MECHANICS:
●Draw the best art that you can within a week.
● Be CREATIVE NOT IMITATIVE.
● Top 3 finest designs win the challenge.
PRIZE:
1st : $60
2nd: $40
3rd: $30
For choosing the winners, we will invite random personality in Near Blockchain that handles guilds, DAO’s, and projects to pick the winner for the event that follows the criterias. This should also expose the talent of the artist which can give them an opportunity in the future.
The reason why it is that simple was because, we trust that the person doesn’t know the participant and at the same time, they will practice 100% integrity, and they can also give opportunities for the artist in the future.
Expected Outcome:
- Onboard new artists by sharing the event outside the ecosystem through facebook.
- Widen the interaction within the ecosystem by giving spotlight to the creators/artists and referring them to different Near project owners and guild leaders.
