Hello Dear community,

Let me share report of our activities:

  1. [01 December - 15 December]

It was my personal onboarding period:

  • investigation of current issues
  • intro with Congress
  • created working groups for every epic (Voting, KYC, Dashboard, Governance)
  • identifying needed resources for delivering tasks
  • KYC agreement with Fractal
  1. [16 December - 31 December]
  • development team was blocked by absence of payment for November
  • Dan (Product lead) onboarding
  • Investigation of Voting process issues
  • Governance Framework analysis
  • Defining detailed scope of work for major epics for January 2024
  • Discussion of legal set up
  1. [1 January - 15 January]
  • Development team was blocked by absence of payment for November - finally done, developers received their salaries for November on 17 Jan
  • Development of dashboard with key ecosystem metrics : Created design guidelines for the new NDC dashboard, Designed structure and basic elements for the new NDС dashboard
  • Bug fixing of Astra++ (scope of work, prioritization, development)
  • Further Voting process investigation (will the end of January the concept of new Voting process will be ready)
  • Launch of hiring processes for 5 new vacancies
  • Received 10 applications, completed 6 interviews already, hiring process will be completed till the end of this week

Weekly update [22 January]:

  • 10+ interviews and 4 people hired (KYC Manager, Project Manager, Frontend developer, SC developer)
  • Finished first sprint on NDC Dashboards
  • Prepared aggregates and graphs with datepickers
  • Prepared technical architecture for the v2 Election framework.
    Technical specification for the OPS proposition for the v2 Election framework will be available publicly soon!

Weekly update [29 January]:

  • Onboarding activities of 4 new team members (KYC Manager, Project Manager, Frontend developer, SC developer)
  • Astra++ - Finished work on DAO Settings page, fixed bug reported by community
  • KYC: Interviewed Lemma on compliance assistance in Cayman Islands
  • KYC: Began draft of AML/CFT Policy and Procedure documentation
  • KYC: Liased with NF on outstanding KYC profiles until Andreas Altamirano is authorised to access NDC Fractal account
  • Product Management: Finished design for election framework (Currently reviewed by congress members)
  • Design - landing pages for DAO pages designed, to be finished this week
  • Backend: Researched DevHub smart contract.
  • Backend: Basic Indexer analysis concluded
  • Backend: Preparing data for analysis of the NEAR Ecosystem
  • Frontend - Dashboard ready for testing.

Work done this week (Dashboard):

  • Finished chart component,
  • Created Table UI component
  • Added 404 page for Dashboard
  • Refactored API endpoint for Total Number of Transactions
  • Built top dashboard filters
  • Integrated API for dashboard elements
  • Fixed responsive issues
  • MDAO small fixes

Weekly update [5 February]

  • Onboarding activities of new team member (QA)
  • Created Weekly Community call for every Wednesday. A link for the call will always be posted into the community group on the day of the call.
  • Working on team structure and internal processes to promote efficiency and positive work culture.

Astra ++:

  • Fixed proposal bond deposit for add proposal call
  • Fixed members and permissions bug in DAO Settings page
  • Added notifications support on vote to proposer, WIP for proposal notification for members
  • Fixed table UI for members page

Dashboard:

  • Filter calculations and mobile view adjustments
  • Added footer

MDAO:

  • Advance text editor
  • Separate pages for comments/proposals.
  • Comments counting.
  • Fixed UI bugs with footer placements, form styling, tags UI fixes

Backend:

  • Analysed DevHub smart-contract structure and logic.
  • Prepared abstraction for MDAO structure to cater to all DAOS (pre-setup process)

Testing:

  • Tested the UI of Dashboard for responsive issues and incorrect UI details
