NxM Discord Server Activity Overhaul

This is to officially inform members of the NxM guild that I would henceforth be in charge of maintenance and activities within the NxM Discord server after being selected by @steven as his replacement.

While in charge of Nxm Discord server, I will pick up from where @steven left off in diligence and service while also incorporating some activities to create traction and metabolism within the NxM discord server.

I say this, because, The NxM guild is the official music guild of the NEAR protocol and this gigantic status deserves more social activity that is more organic and befitting. In this vein will I initiate some new stimulus and energy to keep the NxM discord server more participatory. An overview of these activities are listed below

  • Twice a month voice live stream meet on the server to discuss how members of the community are interacting with the Guild as a whole and an understanding of the essence, events and activities within the community

  • Make the NxM guild open to non-artistes and creatives but the global music appreciating community who might be friends/fans of already onboarded NxM artistes. This would subliminally avail the un-initiated web 3 individuals knowledge of NFTs which expands the reach of the NEAR ecosystem

  • Create monthly trivias which would be open to all members of the NxM community and everyone on the discord server. The trivia would entail questions and interactions about Web3, blockchains, crypto, The Near protocol etc. There would be a reward (in NEAR of course) for the winner at the end of the trivia.

These are a few of the ideas I have for now to contribute to the NxM discord server for which i believe would conveniently continue the trail of diligence left behind by @steven

me and @vandal would discuss on all further developments as regards how these goals can.

This is great @JohnX looking fwd to more activity on the Discord :100:. This post will serve as a great reference point when you do your end of month report… Also, if you need help with promotion for the bi-weekly activities push it through the Social Squad with all the details!
