Project: Near Ambassadors at Near Hispano
Strategy.
Consolidate a community of developers that strengthen strategies, projects and solutions around technological development taking advantage of Blockchain technologies but especially the Near Protocol and the development lines of the Near Foundation.
With the firm knowledge that there is a high level of skills, talent and experience that is generated from academic institutions; Near Education and the Near Hispano Guild work in a very special way to bring all those academic institutions closer together through dissemination activities such as Webinars, trainings such as Bootcamps and development of ideas, turning them into successful digital solutions.
Objectives.
• Promote the culture and philosophy of collaborative work, forming multidisciplinary teams focused on the design, development and implementation of technological projects on Web 3.0, use of Blockchain technologies, the generation of Smart Contracts, the creation and management of NFTs on Near Protocol.
• Consolidate an ecosystem of talent made up of academic communities working in a committed way with the use, development and adoption of Blockchain technologies to promote technological development and using Near Protocol.
• Formalize the collaboration of teachers, students and recent graduates mainly interested in trend technologies such as Blockchain, who have the necessary skills to get involved in the teams and strategies promoted by the Near Foundation.
Strategic Integration of Teachers as Advisors.
The integration of teachers is very important because they are the ones who have direct contact with the great talent, creativity, capacities and abilities of young people in their academic training phase; It allows us to identify talented developers and thus begin to train them to specialize in trend programming languages especially focused on Blockchain and the Near Protocol.
As part of the strategies that have been created and matured from our Near Hispano Guild there is the Near Certified Analysts (NCA) and as follows at roadmap the NCP (Near Certified Professors):
• Designed in order to involve teachers in a more structured way to the technologies and methodologies that are used for the development of decentralized solutions with the Near Protocol,
• Focused on creating a particular NCD (Near Certified Developers) model for their respective academic institutions, respecting their academic programs, the skills with which developers are trained and the technologies in which they specialize.
Empower developer integration.
The development of new technologies requires the consolidation of a strong community of developers with multiple profiles and skills that strengthen any idea to be developed, as well as the strengthening of the technologies, methodologies and languages that take advantage of the Near Protocol.
With the comprehensive strategy of training teachers in NCP Bootcamps and in some cases the issue of certificates in NCI Bootcamps, the productive link with the developers that emerge from the university student community is strengthened, a complete scenario is consolidated to strengthen the Near Protocol , its technologies and its decentralized developments.
