I am an Engineer from Venezuela, Fritz is my real name, I am also German.

The main reason I love to spend my time with you fam, apart from knowing and sharing with amazing people, is that I truly want democracy to be improved, I mean DAOs are an awesome tool for that, so DAOs are what motivates me. :love_you_gesture:

I helped several communities to be more decentralized, I can mention filipino-artist-dao merchants near-venezuela

I have been part of many initiatives, teams, DAOs, and projects such as Near Hispano, TenkBay, OWS, Creatives DAO, and NEAR Concierge Team.

Therefore, I believe I can share my part in building the draft for the Governance Framework. :rocket:
