We are glad to announce the activities made by Meta Pool in the Philippines during the last month.
Meta Pool Philippines had a packed and purposeful May, filled with Build Buddies sessions, community AMAs, and a virtual celebration of Bitcoin Pizza Day. Builders connected, ambassadors shared updates, and our Web3 circle kept expanding.

Build Buddies hosted across the region
The month began with the first-ever Build Buddies in the breezy town of Tagaytay, where devs and curious minds came together for a chill afternoon of collaboration and networking.
Later in the month, we were back in Makati, teaming up with Base Philippines to support local builders joining the Base Batches Global Buildathon — with guidance on how Meta Pool can be part of their journey onchain.
We also hosted another Build Buddies session to cap off the month and keep the momentum going!
In between, we made sure to celebrate Bitcoin Pizza Day with not just one but two celebrations:
A virtual party with Meta Pool ambassadors and Web3 frens to talk projects, stories, and staking.
And of course, an IRL Build Buddies session with real pizza — because what’s Bitcoin Pizza Day without the slice?
