Meta Pool Delegates Program

Summary: mpDAO token holders who lock their tokens can delegate governance voting power to trusted community delegates. Delegates who vote earn rewards, split 70% to delegators / 30% to the delegate. Delegators can change delegates after a 7-day unbonding period. Endorsed delegates (pinned + checkmarked) provide a vetted option while keeping the system open for anyone to participate.
