We are very thankful and happy to share that we are putting together
- A Capstone Masterclass
The objective is to build awareness on near and web3
that helps bring our regional networks closer to NEAR
This includes 6 weeks of mentorship from mentors in web3 and the space of becoming better self leaders
We all require some sort of growth in an area - like communication, conflict management, how to take better accountability and much more
So this masterclass is a blend between web and human skill development

We have regional representatives who will be facilitating a monthly session within their networks in schools, womens groups, startup communities, universities to create awareness on how creation is possible and beneficial in the space of web3

hackathon: seeking to hire
tech developers for our platform development
We are seeking to hire a dev team from NEAR to build on NEAR
In order to fulfill this need, we are bringing together a hackathon that can work with NEAR university
All of the above will help new entrants understand the landscape of NEAR and web3
