Weekly Ecosystem Hangout
Over the last four weeks we tested having 2 Hangouts on Clubhouse and 2 on Twitter Spaces, ultimate choosing to stay on Twitter Spaces - better discoverability, reach, compounding benefits of increasing exposure and followers for participants (cf. siloed growth on Clubhouse).
Hangouts have proven to be extremely successful and fun, last one lasting 3.5 hours with waves of dozens of people dropping in and out.
Join us for the next upcoming Twitter Spaces hangout Aug 4th 7pm CDT

- Three more interviews schedules over the next two weeks, shortlist of more Special Guests we will be reaching out to shortly.
- Growth Hack: competition for the Podcast Cover Art in collaboration with OWS. We want to increase exposure and awareness of the podcast with existing community of collaborators.
- We are using Zencastr to record, will be using Transistor.fm to host and distribute.
- First episode to be released early next week after the Cover Art competition has concluded.
Feedback and Product Design advice
We’ve been working closely with projects such as Metapool and Ref.Finance to provide feedback, assist in tokenomics, improve UI/UX, and in general assisting them have a successful launch. There’s been a lot of time tracking conversations across ecosystems, doing research, and putting forward suggestions and ideas.
Ancora Imparo (‘I am still learning’) - I’m currently doing the Design Spring Workshop Masterclass by AJ&Smart. Looking forward to being able to extend these Design Sprints mode to more Near Projects in a more structure way.
Silicon Testers
In July we had some early experience with User Testers with the Metapool and Cheddar communities. As we receive more interest from a lot more projects, we are now setting up a more structured program with cohorts of User Testers so we can respond to more requests, and provide better, more comprehensive feedback. More info coming soon.
The focus going forward is on attracting more members to help us grow (we are getting more inbound requests than we can handle). Major focus for August is the upcoming Hackathon. Stay tuned
