Iā€™m Hai Vu, a member of the project ops team, under the NEAR Concierge team, in charge of supporting Aurora Defi projects, the Octopus app chains, and Infrastructure projects as follows:

And here is my bi-weekly report from 1st to 15th July

  • Moderation, support for 5-7 users per day on NEAR Discord and other related communities.

  • 9 hours/ 6 days per week, one additional day for project support, with detail as below:

  • Connect NEAR project ops x Open Web Sandbox (@AnaNastya) and will feature OWS unique service on the HR section of NEARprojects.guide

  • Support NEAR Stars Guild (@Zhunda ) on reviewing video, and bring more projects to apply for their services

Barriers

  • Grant process status/application: no clear way to check the status
