Howdyyy guys=)) it’s larry from the Project ops reaching out to post our report here as a test phase.

Here is my stat on app.connecteam.com to keep track of the activities:

80 hours of work from 12/03 to 26/03.

Moderation, support for around 8-10users per day on NEAR Telegram and other related communities.

8 hours/ 5 days per week

The most exciting activity for the next week will be taking the first steps for the BlockJobs dapp to grow my friend :star_struck: A cross collab between guilds like OWS, Near Venezuela, and Near Argentina.

New Projects Onboarded

In just one month using our form from project ops we have onboarded 30 projects into our list. More to come :cowboy_hat_face: ecosystem is growing fast! :rocket:

From the last week

  1. Meeting about BlockJobs :white_check_mark: → Now we just created a group to start working on the next steps
  2. xClaim meeting with the Concierge Team :white_check_mark: → Very helpful the xClaimClub is now known by the Mods and they received good feedback from @bailey12 so they are going to be audited soon
  3. Acommpaning ATOCHA Protocol on the next steps :white_check_mark: → They shared with me a google doc with the draft to announce the Guild creation, I will like to organize a meeting first with the Malaysia Guild
  4. Next steps of collaboration with Otoco :white_check_mark: → Groups created, Marketing Vertical may run the first experiment using their services, and we also asked the Legal Guild team to join an AMA but they said they are busy right now so maybe later

Hello NEARians, March is coming to an end, so we have almost passed the first quarter of 2022. Considering that NEAR only had about 1 million transactions and 150 projects at the beginning of the year, we’ve achieved tremendous growth in just 3 months.
You can also see this in our numbers on the Project Ops team. While we initially relied on AwesomeNear to find projects we could help, we now use our own onboarding form and currently have about one project per day submitting a request because they want to start on NEAR Protocol.
If we continue to grow at this pace, we will have 1,000 projects onboarded on the NEAR Blockchain by September of this year.

That being said, here are my accomplishments besides moderation and other community-related activities from the past week:

Through the event, I come up with the idea of attracting SOL projects to NEAR, gonna prepare a pitch deck to answer their question about why NEAR & how to thrive on NEAR.

NEAR German Guild

  • Translating Articles from :uk: → :de:

  • Moderated the first NEAR German Twitter Space which went 2 hours

Merchant DAO

  • Held a Telegram Voice meeting with @FritzWorm to gather ideas on how to structure the new Merchants DAO and what the next steps are
  • Created a Merchants DAO team group
  • NEXT STEP: Find suitable people who are willing and have the knowledge to join the Council and lead the Merchants DAO.

NEAR Representant

I started a new initiative to attend major blockchain events as a “NEAR representative”, which was approved by the Marketing DAO.

Unfortunately, I was not able to attend the proposed event because I misunderstood the funding process and the event unfortunately took place 2 days later. Therefore, I started to research about upcoming blockchain events that could be interesting for NEAR and where I could present the benefits of NEAR as a NEAR Representative and the support we offer as @Conciergteam/Projects Ops.

The next proposal will be launched in the next few days.

On the agenda:

  • Project Ops <> ES Website: Joint group with the ES team works well. Content for the new support website is ready. The next step is waiting for review from @mecsbecs. [STATUS 50%]
  • Improving collab between Project Ops <> Aurora & Proximity to get faster feedback regarding grants status, because this is currently our main blocker. [STATUS 10%]
  • Building VC network to cross collaborate with Project Ops [STATUS 20%]
