KPIs
- At least 3k tx which would be tracked by pikespeak
- +30 plus Retained Account
- Social media metrics (30+ post and 40k impressions from main account)
- 100k impressions from 20 Novice and 300k impressions from 15 lancers and Ambassador)
- Interaction with at least 3 Ecosystem DApps
- Build 2 Components on BOS
Metrics to achieve KPIs
- How we tend to achieve the KPIs above no (1) kpi would be partially achieved by the engagers as it’s a target they should meet, while others would be achieved by the community during engagement on BoS and DApps interactions etc
- KPI (2) can be achieved by giving the community (engagers) responsibility to keep them active and also market to bring in new users and engage them in participating in onchain activities
- For KPIs (3) Posting daily with useful Harshtags and also similar task to Engagers to achieve also
- KPI (4)Lancers task are to interact with Dapps and aside that we would host prediction, onchain, support $Neko to improve engagement and also draft ideas to amplify Near products.
- Build A multiSender wallet, that can send x amount of Near to more than 1 wallet in one transaction.
FDAO Metrics to attribute both Offchain & Onchain
- Accounts retention after 1/2/4/8 weeks — the percentage of accounts that continue interacting on-chain over a given time period (higher is better).
- Account acquisition cost — budget divided by the number of accounts interacting through the funded initiative (lower is better).
- Median number of dApps used by P95 accounts retained for 1+ week (higher is better).
- Number of accounts retained for 1+ week using at least 3 dApps (higher is better).
- Social engagement score — a compound metric of the number of posts, likes, and followers/views in social media produced by users.

- Onchain improvements
- Interacting and supporting other projects with hype and participation
- Providing Educative memes and materials for educational purposes
- Interact onchain and with Near DApps and write stories on their experiences
Subsequently, non performing Engagers will be evicted from the F-DAO program to give room to those eager to add more value to the ecosystem.
Engagers Responsibility according to hierarchy
20 Novice needed 70$ per Novice.
10 lancers needed 150$ per Lancer.
3 Ambassadors 250$ per Ambassador.
Engagers Budget (70$ by 20) (150$ by 10) (250$ by 3 ) = (1400$)(1500$)(750$)
= $3650
