Posting here after all official support channels failed, following the precedent of the “Stolen Funds Inquiry” thread that was answered by the NEAR Intents team.
In mid-September I made a swap routed through NEAR Intents 1-Click (via a partner integrator): 575,830 TRX, approx. $193K. Correlation ID: 0f3b4660-83ab-44a5-a462-f45e13696bb5.
Facts, all verifiable in NEAR’s own systems:
- My deposit was bridged into NEAR Intents: ft_deposit of 575,830,000,000 tron tokens to omft.near with owner intents.near (NEAR tx 8a33DkKfZMWRKbK2pXuQAWVLXSy4AyZF6PfcENvCJgCb, SUCCESS).
- The official 1-Click status API shows: FAILED since Sep 12, refundedAmount: 0, no destination tx, refundReason: null. The intent was never even created.
- The refund address is fixed in the quote (ORIGIN_CHAIN). Two weeks later: nothing.
- Your own docs say FAILED deposits “are currently handled manually.”
Support attempts so far: Discord ticket (redirected to Telegram), Telegram (blocked by a moderator in chat and DMs, twice, for asking), ticket on near.com (no reply), email to legal@near.com (no reply).
Questions for the team:
- Who owns the manual handling for FAILED deposits, and why has correlation ID 0f3b4660-83ab-44a5-a462-f45e13696bb5 produced neither a refund nor any communication in two weeks?
- Can the NEAR Intents team confirm the current status and a concrete refund date?
I am not posting wallet addresses here; the team can pull all details from the correlation ID. All facts documented. Will update this thread with the outcome.
