  • Finish boilerplate / onboarding repo

  • Sync with Dani on top level priorities (done)

Progress

  • Boilerplate done functionally, has kitchen sink of examples with frontend, backend server, contract, access keys etc… has tests, the works!
  • Covalent deal is soft closed for indexer!
  • Several other smaller grants, people resourcing and projects brewing

  • Time
  • High level delineations between teams and resources, who makes the decisions?
  • Cross-cutting concerns, how to tackle without the whole org getting involved
