  1. Build: Partners Integration
  2. Stake Drop & Analytics: feature review and look for external teams
  3. Team: Look for full-stack dev candidates
  4. Dev Community & Education
    (1) NCD CN: plan and discuss with community
    (2) NCD Cohort 4: host and provide support to developers
  5. Technical posts proof reading: Engineering Weekly, Rainbow Bride Q&A, etc.
  6. Support: Validator & Wallet issues follow up

  1. Build: Partners Integration
  2. Stake Drop & Analytics: create bounty; plan on external team
  3. Team: Recruit full-stack dev

    (1) NCD CN: build mentor team, content and course preparation
    (2) NEAR Docs: confirm CN docs owner, release to prod
  5. Build: NFT with NEAR + HIVE/STEEM: launch the project with HIVE/STEEM community

    • Completed Batch Transaction Function on near - api - js
    • Released BlockBop Episode
    • Featured in clubhouse interview representing NEAR

  • Updated hashtags for people to find it & googled the top hashtags used in blockchain for youtube

  • Created a thumbnail for the video using Canva

  • Did logo revisions for all Bridge video assets “Requested by Jake”, and was a very good call. The full length bridge guide I edited hit over 600 views ORGANICALLY on our youtube!! :smiley: https://youtu.be/zbmnITYLE-M

  • I was very happy to see the full length bridge edit do so well & found it interesting that it has a higher view count than the short 1 minute version by over 300% https://youtu.be/_JZP40tsrZA
