While working for the C1 guild i have gathered so much experience within the web3 space and the NEAR Ecosystem, i have also onboarded many individuals who have taken their time to study the NEAR ecosystem who are graphic designers, UI UX personnel in their own respect

In the vein of taking our time to study how we can interact with the NEAR Ecosystem have we reached a conclusion of how we can align our mandate, objectives and content with bringing value to the NEAR Ecosystem. Our Proposal is oriented with the expansion of our young community and initiative at large while we onboard more individuals who resonate with our vision. So for a start, we align our proposal towards structuring our project architecture and content delivery and in turn bring value to NEAR by onboarding users who would only interface with our community by using NEAR Blockchain tools like the Sputnik DAO, Blockchain Operating System and NEAR Social.

We believe that creative evolution brings self realization, mental emancipation and economic liberation and we are willing to preach this using the content autonomy of the Blockchain. Our Program scope entails education, onboarding, incentivization and empowerment and we aim to do all of this on the NEAR Blockchain. One of the main necessities of the blockchain to our initiative is the immutability of its record keeping and traceability which is very pertinent for a Non Profit Organization to use as proof of transparency when inviting indivudals and corporate organisations for sponsorship and investments.
We are seeking to collaborate with the NDC and Africa DAO to blossom our presence within the web3 space as we have had a lot of activities within the web2 space which are charitable endeavours which as a lack of availability of proper documenting mechanisms we couldnt effectively record these activities. In this vein do we seek to use the blockchain to document our activities, authenticate our participants and record our charitable antecedents. We seek the support of the NDC for this month, for community building, expansion and promotion of our objective and at the same time bring on chain traction to NEAR

Incubatioin/grants programme
This programme is an 8 week programme that aims to educate genuine creatives on the transmutation of their creative exponent into diverse offerings of value. By taking students through an 8 week programme involving creative professionals and have them use NEAR social as proof of attendance and punctuality we aim to educate creatives and also use the avenue as a means of onboarding people into the NEAR Ecosystem even familiarising them with NEAR Blockchain applications

For this project we are projecting for 15 students who we will airdrop 0.2N each for signing transactions on NEAR social as proof of attendance of the webinars during the 8week programme. THis means we will be onboarding 10 students for the initiative with 10 NEAR social accounts and for the 8 week duration, this will amount to 160 NEAR social transactions within the duration of 8weeks.

- Community Incentivization on African Current and Historical Knowledge
This program is another way of expanding our reach, building our community and also generating transactions on chain. By doing a weekly trivia where we reward 4 winners weekly with the sum of 5 dollars by answering questions posted on NEAR social with their near wallets. These questions are going to align with our mantra which is about the enlightenment of the African creative about the benefits of alchemy. In this effect then, the question would revolve around African creative exploits in visual arts, music, wood carving, sculpture, fashion, tech and so on. For people to be able to be eligible for this trivia of course they have to be part of our community. This helps in our community expansion, evangelism of near, reinforcement of our objectives and the usage of the NEAR blockchain

- Artist profiling and NFT Mint
It is our tradition to profile artists that are in the mental frame and model of what A.FREE.CA aims to project. We use these established artists as a blueprint for the inspiration of young African creatives to see how they can go with their creative evolution. These models that we use have already fulfilled the exemplification that we aim to preach about so we profile them and tell their story and in the end, mint their NFTs under the publishing arrangement of A.FREE.CA.

Documentation of Maureen’s project
Maureen is a dancer and one of Femi Kuti’s stage queens, she is a natural when exhibiting afrobeat rhythms and generic african dance styles… We seek to document her in the project
(Fire dancing with Maureen: A tale of African genericism); this project is a documentation of how the African fire dance works with Maureen as the subject of the dance. This would be documented as an NFT and advertised on our platforms and also on maureen platform which is already established with her friends, fans and followers.

METHODOLOGY
We aim to converge the social conssciousness and awareness of our mission with the immutability of the blockchain for our record keeping, onboarding and traceability. We do this by soliciting the collaboration of the NEAR communnity with support in terms of our community building and project actualization. We also bring value to the NEAR chain through our attendance registry system as outlined in the above, also our trivia system helps us achieve our objectives in three ways: promotion of our initiative, dissemination of African creative knowledge and community building while also generating traction for the NEAR Blockchain through the trivia being answered on NEAR Social. With the support of the NEAR community our bulk majorly lies in promotion of our content which is purely feasible with the prizes we are doling out for participation in our Initiatives.
