I will touch on the topic of those who were selected the top 25.
We took as a basis the activity in several directions. We used Twitter as the main direction, and also took into account the activity in three subgroups, which are currently regulated by me. Reddit, BTT, YT Targeting, based on the data I provide in the report, as well as the main indicators on Twitter, the top 25 candidates were selected.
I also proposed to restructure a little the directions that will have KPIs and other forms of activity tracking. Maximum return and maximum efficiency will be expected from the professional community that will be formed in Degens 2.0. We will also focus on creating a huge amount of content that will be distributed across multiple resources.
A detailed report on the structure, reorganization and other principles of the Degens 2.0 community will be published a little later.
I am also sure that such a professional community really deserves a high salary. For example, my experience of posting about a job in the Degens Army on the BTT forum was met with a barrage of criticism about low pay.
For experienced cryptocurrency users who have been familiar with this topic for years, paying 300 NEAR for 20+ hours of work per week seemed too small payment, which shocked me.

Actually, it’s not a full list of paid (and unpaid) opportunities. A lot of degens get money from other guilds and don’t give a chance for anyone from Great Near Community be involving in social media activities.
Full list of opportunities is hidden, not published, very hard to get information about it. Looks like it’s a privilege for people who have good relationships Near leadership. It’s unfair.
Some degens which ignoring questions, transparency policy should leave Degens Army.

As Rim has already said, we selected new degens from spreadsheet, to which anyone could send their resume.
All decisions were taken by the consuls collectively. I personally selected several people specifically for my groups, Reddit, BTT, YT based on their past experience.
Unfortunately, I’m not good at moderation issues, I think this is a question for project management. I’m just focused on the Degens ecosystem. But I think we will raise this issue in our further discussions that we will have about the restructuring of Degens.
At the moment, we want to create a professional community where everyone can generate first-class content, have their own KPIs and other indicators.
I think we should work through November in a new composition and, based on statistics and indicators, make a decision on hiring new specialists. I say specialists because the entry threshold to Degen 2.0 will be high. I am in favor of our community being based on the most powerful minds and professionals, so we will also discuss the possibility of accepting new degens.

Some of decision couldn’t be taken fairly, and @p0k ‘s friends it’s an example of it (he is a council). Conflict of interests was present during all pasts hiring events.

Would you still be saying the same if NEAR’s price wasn’t $10? No, because you said the exact opposite thing in August payout report when NEAR’s price was $5. It’s called volatility. Check my other reply above for more info.
So aren’t you contradicting yourself right now? The price was low three months back, therefore we received lower salary in USD. The price is higher right now, therefore we received higher salary in USD.
If let’s say that the price goes down to $2 next month, will you again propose to increase our salary?
We our paid in NEAR which will be volatile in prices due to it being a cryptocurrency.
