Hello creatives, unfortunately our proposal for the month of august was not accepted by moderators, but it did not stop our activities for the dao as we were able to host a succesfull event for the community

This month we would like to focus on introducing new creatives from the web2 space to the community. We will be hosting a live band open mic event , we will also be experimenting NFT ticketting for the first time.

Instrumentalist Contest. Budget : 580$

Anything else the Creative DAO Council should know?
Our physical event for this month will be hosted towards the end of october.
We have hosted 2 succesfull offline events , so far it has prooved to be the most effective way to introduce and onboard new creatives to the community.
we have also not been getting funding from marketting dao, so we will be doing some marketting activities for our events and competitions from our requested funds.
We are also taking a step towards our sustainability goals by investing in equipments that would be used by artiste for production and events.
We will also be opening our grant program from the end of october to support projects that will expand the reach of the community

Our metrics for success for this month has been added to the individual projects.

I am happy to announce that this proposal follows the Creatives DAO Guidelines, and it is approved by the Community Moderators.
Please create a poll on the Creatives DAO Astrodao , so the council can vote. When and if the vote of the council is ‘yes’, approach NF for your payout proposal, following this guideline: [New Process] Community Payouts.

To become more transparent in the decision making I’d like to note some highlights why your proposal has been approved:

  • proposal follows our guidelines,
  • next steps are clear with fair price table,
  • clear and well detailed report from previous month,
  • variety of activities focused on the DAO, artists, education and community!
