Chop Life Inc is an entertainment and lifestyle brand set up to tap into a new set of events that capture a new and upcoming wave of individuals and brands tapping into the zeitgesit culture of the time we target. We have successfully hosted five events [3 Editions of Game Nights and 2 Beach Trips] on the theme of community and we decided to expand our portfolio of events and want to work with the NXM community. We are hosting a Silent Disco Night in the month of April and below is the outline/plan for the event.
Picture this: 200 bodies all gyrating with a common voice to a common sound and everyone is in sync, that’s what Silent Disco by Chop Life gives you…a connected experience.
Proposed Date of the event is April 30, 2022.
The event is organized by Chop Life Inc co-founded by myself (Legend Harry) and my partner Jamal (Big Mal).
The purpose of this event is to further expand the reach of the NxM community by onboarding new talents to the NxM community and also promoting the Near Brand in the capacity of an official sponsor. We will also onboard new users onto the Near platform by opening Near wallets for the attendees.
Musicians and singers in the NxM community will have the opportunity to submit their songs for playlisting at the silent disco event for the DJs to spin to the listening pleasure of the audience.
We will be having our silent disco night at a serene lounge with good ambience and ample space.
The event will be streamed live via cryptovoxels on metaverse for the community to watch.
We will be opening Near wallets with tokens of 0.1Near for up to 50 people that attend the event using the Near wallet registration link.
We will have ushers dressed in T-shirt and Jeans with the Near logo and Chop Life logo on the T-shirts that will help with the onboarding process.
We will also have a standing banner displaying the event flyer with Near and NxM logo on the banner.
Here is a Break down of the budget:
- We are going to be having 3 DJs present to give us back to back good music each on their different headset channels and on different genre of music ranging from afrobeat, hip hop, trap, R&B etc and also renting 200 headsets: 700USD
300USD goes to the renting of headsets from SoundActiv
400USD will be used to pay for the services of the 3 DJs performing simultaneously at the event.
- VIDEOGRAPGHY AND PHOTOGRAPHY: 100USD
A videographer and photographer will be present to capture the event and also shoot brand content for both Chop Life Inc and the Near Brand.
- GRAPHIC DESIGN AND BRANDING: 100USD
A digital flyer for the event will be created which will be posted on our social media platforms also featuring the Near and Nxm logo -30USD.
A roller banner will also be made for the purpose of showcasing the event details alongside the Near and NxM logo boldly displayed on it - 40USD
T-shirts and Face caps with the Near and NxM logo will also be given out as souvenirs at the event. - 30USD
- PROMOTION BUDGET: 50USD
As we normally do for all our events, we will use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to run promotion ads for the event for a period of 3 weeks in order to reach a wider audience of up to 20,000 people online. We will also tag NxM in our promotion ads - 50USD
- RENTING OF CRYPTOVOXELS SPACE: 50USD
This will enable the members of the commnuity who are not physically present at the event to also enjoy the vibe in space.
We hope that our proposal is reviewed and accepted and we can make history together. We are positive we can do a whole lot to drive up onboarding for the Near Brand and we look forward to being approved by the NXM family @Paul @Monish016
