Our Introduction: [Introduction] Procd DAO
Objective: Capture artists and projects that do not have the necessary means to continue their artistic or social creation, thus creating a network of portfolios.
Build a community of peripheral artists within Web3 platforms through content produced by our Dao and making their art a nft through Nearâs encouragement.
Release content we produce powered by Near, communicate to our audience on social media about our experience on Web3 platforms and in the nft market.
Increase the number of artists on the Near and web3 network. Create nfts through videos and photos. Generate content in the Take and Procd store to create the bridge between artists, their followers and collectors.
Create bridges and dialogues between photographers through the chat in the âLambe-Lambe Projectâ workshop.
Justification (benefits): As we are bringing proposals from outside the Near ecosystem, Procd has been a space for learning and teaching about digital tools, digital arts market, automation and financial systems. During the tutorials on platforms in the Near ecosystem Dao intends to open up even more space for research and education processes to continue to open up operational perspectives and prepare artists to be active as community members and creative producers.

August Highlights and Metrics: We had 4 onboardings and prospected 4 people opening portfolios in the next week through the making a Take project which brought together around 30 people between producers, musicians, assistants, filmmakers, photography and residents of the Horta Pro Nobis space where the video shoot was.
We opened the Take95 store
In August Procdâs store had a total minted of 640 and 93 owners
In the music recording project, we have the opportunity to onboard artists and producers from Nebula Selo, enabling a whole new perspective of collaborative productions
Community Involvement
Procd intends to dive deeper into the Near community and bring in new members to better structure our expansion into the Ecosystem.
Expectation metric:
Procd intends to reach new people through the proposed projects by interacting with:
- 10 participants in The Lambe Project
- 15 participants in the VKS Vergetoff Krump Session
- 10 participants in the Make a Take Horta Pro Nobis
- 15 participants in the Share Bounty

- Council Work - Each of our council members will receive the amount of 235 DAI making a total of 705 DAI

- 10 mints in the Procd Photographers store

- 15 shares of our social network through bounty
Financial Request/Justification
For the August projects, we need 3,085 USD in DAI to responsibly inject into the work of the people we were able to onboard into the ecosystem, welcoming various project formats, from more one-off, short-term projects to more extensive, medium- to long-term projects, thinking about sustainability and consolidation in the market, but also research, experimentation, and flexibility.
We are looking to observe and learn the best ways to act in the ecosystem!
Next Steps:
- Produce and present new content for sharing on social media
- Monitor the execution of the hosted projects
- Create content to support the dissemination of projects that are being executed through Dao
- Facilitate our onboardings through Neardrop
- Approach partner Daos to exchange ideas and future collaborations
