  1. Educational Posts : Crafting twitter threads covering NFT ecosystem within and outside the NEAR backed by data driven research analytics. Breakdown of the scope of work
  • Research content from the topic or project’s available online document resources.
  • Analyse relevant on-chain analytics and smart contracts for the project.
  • Analyse Website, social media, and community group analytics.
  • Interact with the project’s team (In some cases for re-verification).
  • Design graphs/charts from the raw data.
  • Publishing Twitter Thread.
  • Content distribution and cross-posting in NEAR / NFT related groups (Telegram, Reddit, near.social and Discord).
  • Republishing the content in blog format (Medium Platform)
  • Community engagement rewards.

Budget Proposal

  1. Engaging Posts: 50+/month Graphics posts (Quiz, Crossword, Puzzle, Daily/Weekly Trending Posts): Budget Estimation : $800/pm
  • Contest Graphics: $400 (Designer, Moderator, Researcher)
  • Content Distribution: $200 (Telegram, Discord, NEAR Social, Reddit of NFT’s and NEAR related channels)
  • Community Rewards : $200 for the community rewards (Quiz, Crossword, Puzzle rewards)
  1. Educational Posts: 5/month Twitter threads covering NFT ecosystem within and outside the NEAR backed by data driven research analytics: Budget breakdown for each thread : $400/thread
  • Research, Analyze, and Crafting Content for Twitter and Blog : $300 (15-20 Hours)
  • Graphics : $100 (10 - 12 graphs/chart/infographic banners)

Total Budget/Month:

  1. Engaging Posts: $800
  2. Educational Posts: $400/Post x 5 threads = $2000
  3. Total = $800 + $2000 = $2800/Month x 2 Months = $5600

These are our initial months to KICK-start our work. Within the next two months, we plan to unveil additional initiatives aimed at promoting the NEAR NFT ecosystem across various online platforms.

Hello,

Thank you for submitting your proposal. We appreciate the time and effort you have put into it after discussions with us. We have reviewed your proposal and would like to provide you with some more feedback .

Firstly, we would like to know how you plan to differentiate your efforts and content for NFT Vertical, given that you are part of Degens DAO.

Secondly, we are currently reviewing February proposals only, and cannot support March proposals at this time.

Lastly, we would like to support your proposal with $500 funding to test the effectiveness and added value. If you can address the above items and keep the content at the same scale, we can evaluate the results next month and unlock funds accordingly.

We have been in the list of Top contributors in Degen DAO for most of the months. Currently, our role in Degen DAO is more on the broader side of things in our ecosystem. With this proposal, We would dedicatedly like to work on the NFT ecosystem.

It’s challenging to sustain the same scale of content with a reduced budget to 1/4. If we’re looking at a fixed budget of $500, could we kindly explore the possibility of scaling down both our overall activity and proposed KPIs by half? This adjustment would better align with the financial constraints while still allowing us to maintain a meaningful presence. (It’s a humble request. We’re still open to give best results within the framed budget)

The proposal window for March will reopen in the first two weeks of February. Results of our test month in February will be available in the first week of March. This timeline enables us to submit the proposal in March for activities planned in April introducing a gap in activities for the month of March.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Due to the Christmas holidays, the submission deadline has been extended, and we are already in the middle of the month. Therefore, we believe that $500 for February would be a fair amount until the next submission. We understand that due to time constraints, the results and effects will be less than a month, but this will still give us some insights about the success.

As we have already come to an agreement on chat, we are happy to support $500 for February. We are looking forward to attracting and activating broader communities.
