Funding Period: November

Updated Project Timeline:

  • Our first Artist Stipend Program Open Call rewarded two artists among 9 applicants. We completed the first of the two months stipend program
  • We are now at the final stage of our website design, the goal is to launch it in November
  • We are about to finish the Poliedro Catalog and the goal is to release a digital version soon. We are also preparing a week where the Poliedro artists can use the studio rented for the physical event to experiment new approaches and share insights
  • We approved the Travel Podcast project and the goal is to support it for 8 months, starting on November
  • We added several new Incubadora logo versions to our Mintbase Store and some of them were already sold. This work must continue in order to these NFTs become membership passes to access workshops, activities and events promoted by Incubadora DAO in the future
  • Plus, we have ongoing efforts into onboarding

In order to carry out the actions we planned for this DAO and achieve the goals proposed in the roadmap for November, we request funding for the following activities:

Council Matters:

  • Council = 350 USD (6 x 50USD) - 5N each

Administrative Matters:

  • DAOs administrative work including reports and fund requests = 200USD (2x100USD) - 20N
  • MINTBASE STORE management = 100 USD - 10N

Sub-total = 300 USD

Communication and Social Media

  • TG channel moderation = 100 USD - 10N

Specific projects:

Travel Podcast = 370USD (month 1 of 8) - 36N

Artist Stipend Program:

  • Open Call #2 Management = 100 USD - 10N
  • 3 Jury fee, 50 USD each = 150 USD- 5N each

Sub-total = 250 USD

Poliedro Catalog:

  • Curator to write a text = 40 USD- 4N

Total amount = 1410 USD


NOTE: All payout proposals will be for the N values displayed here; members of the Incubadora DAO council and members of the community will have to use this as a reference when asking for rewards. Those will be fixed once and if the request is approved by the council of the Creatives DAO. This must be done in order to protect the DAOs funds, otherwise we risk being unable to fulfill our commitments. That also means that members can ask for their payout at any point during the month. Used conversion rate: tba.

A note to clarify for the second open call for the Artist Stipend Program, meant to go out by the end of this month, that the post hasn’t been made on the Forum yet because we are waiting for confirmation on two new-to-NEAR potential jury members. cc: @JulianaM @Samiasns

We’ve linked to the old post for the first open call that happened in September for everyone’s reference as we do not anticipate the second open call will change materially from it.
