Title: PIKESPEAK - FUNDING PROPOSAL FOR 6 MONTHS
1. CONTEXT
In March 2023, Pikespeak won the NDC Request For Proposal to build the first Sputnik DAO management tool on BOS.
Following the release in May, the team decided to develop a community version that would not only support NDC DAOs but any Sputnik DAO.
Since then, our public DAO management tool has been used consistently by various DAOs, including: Ref Finance, CreativesDAO, Marmaj and MultiDAO - supporting them in the management of their treasuries ($10M+ in aggregated value), and empowering their communities with the use of a decentralised social graph (thks NEAR Social!) in their decision-making processes.
2. PROBLEM
The tool, currently managed in a best-effort mode by our team, has encountered the following challenges:
- Infrequent updates
- Periodic outages linked to our public Sputnik indexer
- Limited user support
These issues have adversely affected the teams dependent on the tool for their internal and community operations.
3. SOLUTION
Our team aims at addressing the above issues by allocating a full-time equivalent, two days per month, to ensure:
- The improvement of the public Sputnik DAO indexer
- The review and prioritisation of the backlog
- The development and release of critical updates relating to contract changes
- The development and release of critical and major improvements identified in the backlog
- Reasonable efforts to conduct any maintenance or any actual or imminent unplanned interruption, outage, or degradation of a Service in a windows of six (6) hours or less
4. Proposed Payment Schedule
$9,600 to cover 6 months, from Dec 2023 to May 2024.

5. Success Metrics
The team suggests to deliver a monthly report to the CreativesDAO, summarising the activity during the month on the topic. Summary that could be breakdown as follows:
- Upcoming releases
- Released
- Incidents reported and associated fixes
- Community feedback and updated backlog
