As more projects enter the NEAR family the demand for community builders, content creators, and degen chiefs has grown to a point that the demand exceeds by large the offer. Making sure that there are enough skilled people to take on these roles is fundamental to ensuring the sustainable and organic growth of its ecosystem to fuel engagement. To this end, a group of OGs from the NEAR community has decided to launch a series of workshops to train aspiring community builders.
These workshops will feature some of the best and most savage community builders in the ecosystem such as Rimberjack, Ozymandius, and other professionals across the community. Participants will be able to learn the basics of community building, from creating a community strategy from scratch to identifying the right platforms to achieve their goals, leveraging the resources in the ecosystem, and more.
Anyone interested in community building is welcome to these workshops that will have a collaborative and conversational format. Interested participants are encouraged to bring their own questions and contribute to the discussions

The first workshops will be held on the first two weekends of May. On the 7th of May, Rimberjack, will introduce the basics of setting up a community strategy and walk you through the considerations and steps involved in the process.
