We are pleased to announce the first training sessions to be delivered by the NEAR User Research DAO!
The DAO exists to support the projects and people building in the NEAR ecosystem. We’ve had plenty of very productive open office hours sessions with tons of projects so far, and now it is time to make the resources available to the wider community.
If you are building a product for users, and want to up-skill your user research know-how, sign up to one of these free training sessions taking place on Friday 27th May. There are two sessions to accommodate different timezones, so pick the one that’s right for you. The content will be the same for both.
The 90minute training session will consist of ~70 mins of tactical, practical, no-nonsense guidance on running your own research, with 20mins Q&A.
In the session we will cover:
- Deciding when and how to run user research
- Finding users to take part in your studies
- Designing interviews and tests; what questions to ask and how to ask them.
(Future training sessions will cover how to run user sessions, analyse the data, and communicate it to the right people)
