Hello Creative moderators and the whole Near community,
Being living in this new DAO world, we realize that people are starting to open their minds to new ways of working and evolving their value propositions. As a creative studio having the opportunity to be part of this revolution, besides titles, positions and functions we’re increasingly seeking a greater meaning for everything we do, but with something planned and detailed, aiming at the success of our ideas and activities both inside and outside the NEAR community.
With the intention of reconciling our functions as new work configurations in front of a decentralized autonomous organization, we have developed the following new acting roles in NADA DAO, where we intend to privilege a horizontal management based on experience and knowledge management.
In our DAO’s first two months, while we’re organizing things, we requested around 20% of total funding to pay for management works, equally split between the 03 members. From the third month on, we will ask the available 30%, so people can really dedicate themselves to our needs and plans. Having different responsibilities and duties, this value will be split 30% for directors and 20% for managers.
This is a constant work-in-progress document and can/should be reviewed and changed if/when needed according to members’ engagement, assumed tasks and other criteria. Here’s a brief description followed by duties of what we have at this moment (September, 2022):
