Over the course of 4 weeks, I Contributed to FDAO:-

August Budget
The Month Of August for the Freelancer DAO is focused on internal building, Social growth on NDC and the trial stage for the engagers, Sticker for Community Engagement for NDC, educational and bounty to provide contents against the month of September and also the upcoming Election.
KPIs
The FDAO KPIs would be Categorized into DAO KPIs and Engagers KPIs and we would use these measures to track performance in our DAO.
Engagers Kpis
- Aspiring Engagers at the end of the month are expected to meet up more than 10 posts about NDC on NearSocial. And we’re expecting 40 Aspirant making 40 by 10+ post on NearSocial = 400+ post on NearSocial
- All Aspirants would level up to the main phase as an Engager by meeting up 3k Impressions on twitter engagement, that’s 3k by 40 Aspirant 120k impressions.
- 20+ attendance on our weekly Call.
- Quote tweets and Retweets
- Engagers Educations.
- 40 Aspirant is equivalent to 40 real humans as you’ve to be a human to be eligible for the test phase.
- 4 Calls in a Month to Educate users about NDC upcoming Elections and BOS.

With the increased knowledge of web3 going through various higher institutions especially in Asia and Africa, Freelancer DAO with its primary objective of onboarding and educating both web2 and web3 individuals into the NEAR ECOSYSTEM, has seen this various blockchain university clubs as a means of onboarding real individuals that are dedicated to the growth of the NEAR ECOSYSTEM

Engagers Section.
The Engagers are the marketers and promoters for the FDAO community to aid the onboarding of new users to the Ecosystem to educate them about NEAR Culture.
All Aspiring Engagers would focus on promoting the NDC election on Q3
Since every Aspiring Engager has to be tested before being a Verified Engager, The test phase would be Free but there’s a Participation incentive for those who met up the scoring criteria for it.
- Aspiring Engagers for those who gets a score on twitter impression and meet up 10 post on BOS 30$ per Aspirant Expecting 40 Aspirant making a budget of =1200$
Community Budget.
Content Freestyle
We would be hosting a Content freestyle competition focused on Infographics, Poem, Riddles, One-pager Comic and Video memes for upcoming V1 Election and for provision of Content for FDAO to Market on Web2.0 & Web3.0
Budgeted = $1.0k, 50% for NDC winners 50% for FDAO winners at least 5 winners from both categories making a total of 10 winners.

NDC Sticker Contest.
We would be having a sticker Competition and the FDAO council would choose top 4 best entry and out of the 4 our Community (FDAO members) would be picking 1 winner through a DAO vote so voting would be onchain, which only verified Humans can vote the winner
200$ to the winner of the Competition and the remaining 3 from the top 4 would have to mint their Sticker as an NFT on our store on Mintbase and our DAO would purchase their Stickers as an NFT 150$ for distribution evenly to top 3 would create a doc for more info.

Competition Docs & Graphic
Docs would be created to guide the process and flow of the competition to ensure fairness and accountability to participants and also provide protocols to abide by to participate in the competition.
