We are delighted to present our proposal for February to support the Near ecosystem.

The social media channels related to Near Persian have not been established yet, but we will begin our operations immediately after funding approval.

  • Lordking, a full-time data analyst and content creator producing content for the last three years, began working on Near Blockchain in October 2021. Lordking is currently ranked as the sixteenth most active builder in the BOS network, specializing in producing dashboards and analytical components.

Moving forward, deserving individuals will be chosen to form our team.

Let’s give a warm welcome to an emerging and promising community and offer our support. The Persian community consists of a significant percentage of the experts and investors in the Web 3 world. Inviting them to join the Near ecosystem can be incredibly valuable for the following reasons:

  • Based on unofficial statistics, over twenty million individuals from this community are actively involved in crypto daily. Their participation can result in a substantial surge in the Near ecosystem’s growth since it is a high-potential blockchain.
  • The Persian community comprises individuals from different countries who speak the same language. Presenting useful content in Persian can directly engage people from various countries.
  • Most of these individuals possess high-level skills, including prominent developers, bug hunters, managers, and investors. Their knowledge can significantly help the Near ecosystem’s progress.
  • Based on the above reasons, the community’s activities and diversity can be extensive, and it can contribute to several areas.

The purpose of this proposal is to further promote the growth of the Near Protocol within the Persian community by introducing and spreading this innovation, providing cutting-edge knowledge to both experienced and new participants in the crypto realm.

Our mission is to educate the Persian public and forge partnerships to involve the community. Our objective is primarily to provide informative and educational resources, and we are constantly inspired by others’ achievements to create more content and bring forth more information to our community.

The project seeks to carry forward the work that has already been done, as well as to establish additional partnerships and generate more content, including technical, analytical, and public resources.

  • Note: Although we haven’t launched the Persian community pages officially, we intend to commence our activities with full force as soon as the funding is authorized.

Referral System: We aim to reach 25 new wallets/month and 10 average transactions for 12 new wallets

  • Telegram

    • Target 25 active members
    • support 7 days/week.
    • invite more users to our Telegram chat group from different Persian community groups.
    • Small giveaways and promotions to increase engagement (quizzes, activities, contests, and more giveaways)
    • Telegram news channel

  • Twitter

    • Target 5k impressions:
    • share the latest daily news and updates about NEAR in Persian language.
    • giveaway/ promotion.
    • making analytical reports of the Near ecosystem and giving awareness of new innovations, open web, and supporting news.

  • Youtube

    • 2 videos with 300 views/ month

  • Near Social

    • Share all news there and bring the community to this platform for daily routine activities like post sharing, liking, and others.
    • Use Keypom and Shardog to reward them.

  • Events

    • In the education section, we will also be adhering to tier D standards.

This will serve as our foundation for fund distribution, so before we proceed, let’s clarify any points that are still blank or unclear.

If you’re on board with this, the total budget needed won’t exceed $2500. Have you double-checked it?

Our KPIs are set according to the standards specified in Tier D, targeting criteria within this category. For the first month, it is not logical to aim for more than 2500, which aligns with the Tier D standards.

thank you for your input. Let me expand further on the topic.
When it comes to Medium content, there are various potential things and topics to cover for the Persian community. From discussing the philosophy behind the Near ecosystem and how it operates, to educating users on how they can engage with the Near ecosystem. The same goes for events, as we can discuss the latest news, technical lessons, and trends in the Near ecosystem, keeping users informed and aware.

Additionally, we can also assist users in accessing valuable sources for developers, enabling them to play a significant role in the community. As a BOS builder myself, I am better equipped to assist users in achieving this objective.

Regarding swag, we are striving to showcase our creativity and distribute it among individuals who have had the most impact in the past month.

Therefore, I am confident that there is a lot of potential, and many users can benefit from this opportunity.

Hi @Lordking_tv welcome to NEAR and congrats for your first post! :slight_smile:

As explained in our charter we have an appeal process for onboarding new communities. One of the criteria is: The team: at least 3 people, have a strong track record in crypto community building, marketing, networking to bring daily active users into NEAR.

Please first create the social media channels, onboard new users from Persia, share some content, be active in the ecosystem and try apply for next month again.

Because of the reasons mentioned above, unfortunately I cannot support your proposal.

Same idea with Cizi, I think you should create a team to lay a foundation for NEAR Persian social media presence first ( at least reach tier E) then apply for funding later.

Based on current stats, it’s hard to convince us that you can achieve tier D, compared with other strong communities that already applied in the Globe DAO forum, and we have limited budget to support communities around the world.

We’re looking forward to your development to support in the future.

Thank you for your messages. Yes, it may be difficult to convince you, but we believe in our plans. Nonetheless, thank you for the feedback. We will definitely start this work, but one month of activity without any budget is not appropriate. A minimum budget for the start should be considered, as we had planned according to our KPIs on the desired budget and its allocation. Without a budget, you will miss this opportunity from new communities. Anyway, if you think you can’t cover Tier D, support at least at the Tier E level to start, as it has the lowest criteria and reaching it is not difficult according to our KPIs.

I agree that a community leader should be good at building, marketing, and networking. That’s why I applied, because I have been very active in these areas in the past 2 years and have strengthened them. That’s why I mentioned in my proposal that it will be one of the most potential communities, because I am aware of them.:saluting_face:

Unfortunately, I can’t support your proposal this month.
There are stronger communities and our budget is limited.

As stated earlier, build a foundation and come back.
