Hello Near community

@David_Near @marketingdao-council @Klint @so608 @Dacha

There are 3 man who manage this community. As we started since June 16th, we have more than 400 real users in Telegram till now. We didn’t get any budget or reward for that and we did this for 0. Now for something we need a budget that we can do our plans with that.

So what did we do before?
As I mentioned since June, we started activity with publishing the announcements and growing in other crypto channels and groups. Where is this community supported?

So these are some places that support the Near Persian community for ever.

How much budget we need for our plans? (1 month)

Community management:
180 NEAR ≈ $1050 (60 NEAR each admin)

Challenges and giveaways:
60 NEAR ≈ $350 for 1 month (We’ll have weekly giveaways)

This is our first budget for doing many things till now (last 3 months) and will do later (next month).

Hey all,

Due to accusations of fraudulent member levels, which have yet to be thoroughly refuted, another community member (@Amin ) has set up a separate Persian Community.

This is fine, but I would advise the MarketingDAO to make sure that the quality of projects funded is high and warrant the funding level requested from parties.

Can you outline the weekly activities and projects as they relate to the role of “community management?”

3 person (Amin, Erfan,Reza):
I manage them to doing activities for example when is voice chat, when will be tweeting about everything and I specify the topics that can be published and Erfan is the CM and answering the members questions and their issues also Reza is a good influencer who helping us to holding voice chats or events. We are doing these stuff together and no one isn’t without duty. Because this is our first budget after launch, we have more plans in future which will be published in our next activity report here.

Thanks for your proposal and for outlining the strategy that you have implemented and the growth on social media to date.

Would you be able to provide more concise deliverables, or metrics for growth. Another way of putting it; what can the growing community in social media translate to? Examples could be:

  • In-person Meetups
  • Collaboration w universities, hackathons, presence at conferences, etc.
  • Recruiting developers for the NEAR Education initiatives
  • Projects building on NEAR being created in the region
    etc.

As you can see we have a large audience on Telegram and Twitter and We have reached this far with advertising and our activity is to answer users’ questions and publish important news and information in Persian language.As I explained about the upcoming programs, Due to lack of funds, we could not plan many programs.

Hi team – thanks for the proposal – I see this proposal is requesting funding for retroactive/past activities. I can only support allocating funding for future requests.

I am closing this out as you do not have the support of the majority of the council. Feel free to submit another proposal for future funding.
