@ALuhning Noo, no worries, it is quite clear to me where you are heading in fact! And I like the direction. I do have to admit though that Airtables is a handy and easy tool to use for now (especially for OWS because we are using it daily to source people). But I am definitely up for exploring more transparent, decentralized alternatives once we have them fully operational. Thank you for explaining once again!
