  (20/30 wallets containing 1 NEAR, so that they can interact with dApps and other tools / buy some cool artwork on mintbase!)

  (this month we would like to create a multi-sig wallet / legal wrapper for the DAO via otoco)
  $150 (+/- 40 DAI for registration, plus GAS fees on ETH network)

to be divided between the 4 council members depending on tasks completed.
(15% will be taken from this and added to the Garden buffer as per previous months)
