Starting to Dev on Near

I am sure someone already asked this but i saw so many things on web. But i want to be sure and don’t want to waste my time.

So that’s my question, which code language/languages need for starting to dev on Near. I want to write dapp/dapps on Near with my code knowledge.

I am not a dev myself so would be good someone confirms, but afaik the language to build on NEAR is Rust language.
I suggest hitting the discord and ask around, the people are super helpful.

Hey, the main language for smart contract development on NEAR is Rust.
