Hello @Cryptoanalyst , please find below some feedback on your work:

  1. Video: You have chosen a nice project for your content but I am having difficulties understanding the speech. Love your effort but the work will need some further imrovement before it can get rewarded in OWS. Here are some tips:
  • Using subtitles could be helpful here
  • Have you thought about making this video shorter (8 min is very long content and you are reading off the text from the screen which might cause the audience to lose attention quickly.) I would recommend shortening it and to convey the main idea in your own words, so that it becomes less robotic/ Here you can find some great examples of the overviews done by the NEAR Community member AVB
  1. We currently do not reward work done on Instagram.
  2. Looking at this article from 23rd of October, I have compelling evidence that you have copy-pasted most of the text.

In OWS we give space to the newcomers to learn and earn with their honest contributions - copy-pasting text from other sources and claiming a reward for it is unacceptable. We do not welcome this behavior in our community. Please attention @jiten123321

I guess @Cryptoanalyst missed reading the Quality Control Guidelines and also haven’t followed the OWS Opportunities list at the time of his content creation, and I don’t consider his Quora post as an article because Quora is not a place for article submission so I will suggest @Cryptoanalyst to follow all these things and if have doubts then can ask me or his fellow ambassadors for help otherwise under OWS rules no rewards and we will eliminate @Cryptoanalyst from the position of NEAR India ambassador.

Thanks to @Sofia_Alum for pointing out this error and please feel free to set up some dedicated rules for Indian ambassadors.

Thank you for the prompt reply!

Do you actually have a list of people monthly that join your program? If so, could you please share them with us each month so that we could somehow collect them in batches and organize AMA specifically for them? (@Monish016 will be glad to help I am sure)

Additionally, are there any specific tasks that you request Indian ambassadors to complete before they join? I believe more clear guidelines on the expected type of work (eg write an article on “x” or "y) will be more beneficial for the ecosystem in terms of content produced but also easier for them. Planning, in my perspective, can ensure that NEAR projects that need coverage get sufficient content produced by your candidates but also candidates understand better what exactly they have to do.

Let me know what your thoughts are.
