Project Intro

At NearMexicoHub, our mission is to strengthen and expand the NEAR ecosystem by providing a space where enthusiasts, developers, entrepreneurs, and the curious can converge to share ideas, learn, and collaborate on projects that drive the adoption and development of the NEAR protocol. Our Hub is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment of innovation, offering translated resources, education, and support in spanish for everyone to get involved.

This is our first month of operations within @NearGlobeDao

United by a shared vision to revolutionize the digital landscape of Mexico through the power of the NEAR protocol, our team is dedicated to creating a more accessible, efficient, and inclusive blockchain community and push the adoption in the country.

Highlights of the months:

During this month we achieved the following:

Events

  • We hosted our first event with non blockchain communities pushing NEAR adoption (Side event for ETHCincodeMayo)
  • We partnered with OpenWebAcademy to provide two Developer/BOS course
  • We established possible collaborations and presented NEAR Ecosystem to non- and blockchains communities
    ([Report] NEAR Mexico February 2024 - Google Docs) with multiple companies and education platforms during the hackathon

Next Goals Highlights:

Our goal is to increase NEAR awareness in Mexico, while creating a strong and resilient community. We have done it so with previous events, and we will continue to push the NEARIAN presence and it’s ecosystem. We are enrolling devs, entrepreneurs and change agents to integrate all the tools to reach an open web project and decentralization. We will continue to push with collaborations and translating important content into Spanish, while making sure to showcase NEAR as a top Blockchain. Therefore we need your full support.

Hello,

Thank you for your report. As discussed in a sync, we have some concerns that I am addressing here for transparency:

  1. Socials would have been pushed, I don’t see any news shilling or any activity on Telegram.
  2. We never pushed any community in Tier E to create partnership or to create offline event. But we appreciate your work & efforts for events.
  3. If you have any doubt in with KPIs, feel free to clear it with us.

For Feb report, I would say we have to deduct 10% of your proposed amount due to lack of activities on socials.

As discussed we will improve the following for the next months:

  1. Daily activity on twitter- news and updates translation
  2. Daily activity on telegram - dynamics, valuable information and more
  3. Deliver all KPIs
  4. Charter Tier E mentions: Education of the local communities (30%) - 1 event 10users/event 3 swag delivery (it doesn’t specify which tier has to host an on or offline event) now we know for Tier E, it only means online events

We will keep on pushing and aligning to the KPIs.
