Establishing 4 Partnerships and Organizing 4 Online Events (Demonstration NEAR to NON blockchain communities)

We selected four non-blockchain communities: Bitget, Woo X, Inha University, and Sungkyunkwan University.

The initial event focused on creating NEAR wallets, and now that everyone has one, we can move on to engaging with dApps and other activities within the NEAR ecosystem next time.

This streamlined table focuses on the key performance indicators, their starting and ending values, the difference showing progress, and the evidence for each metric, without the funding amounts.

• Telegram Chat Channel:

  • Users increased from 2.6k to 4.4k, a growth of 1.8k users, which represents a percentage increase of approximately 69.23%.

• Telegram Announcement Channel:

  • Users rose from 2.5k to 4.8k, an increase of 2.3k users, equating to a 92.00% growth.

• Twitter:

  • The follower count expanded from 7.5k to 11.5k, with a 4k increase in users, reflecting a 53.33% growth.

• Medium:

  • The account remained steady at 83 users, indicating no growth, which translates to 0.00% increase.

• YouTube:

• Subscribers surged from 366 to 1.38k, an increase of 1.014k users, representing a significant growth of approximately 277.05%.

• Instagram:

  • The account grew from 671 to 1.7k users, marking a rise of 1.029k users, which corresponds to a 153.35% increase.

• Near Social:

  • Users increased from 260 to 327, with a growth of 67 users, equating to a 25.77% increase.

Next Goals Highlights:

The NEAR Korea DAO aims to increase user retention by +15% through enhanced educational initiatives and achieve a +35% increase in social media engagement. We plan to expand partnerships, host more events, and drive adoption within the NEAR ecosystem, maintaining our dedication to innovation and community growth.

Wallet Creation & Transaction

The number of wallets you have noted is great, along with the number of transactions. However, there is an important note:

1. The wallets are predominantly used by users from countries other than Korea, such as India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Africa etc.
2. In the future, it is necessary to limit the wallets prioritised for users from Korea, although it may takes more effort to control

I’d like to see a more detailed version, perhaps you could please include something like the following example:

Videos
The provided video is predominantly focused on HOT topics only. Further improvisation is needed to diversify the content in the future. The comments also come from others Korean region.

Events & Education
In my opinion, education to local communities is about providing education about NEAR to the local communities. Next time, we should go to targetted community and promote about NEAR to onboard more user to NEAR Korea group.

Regarding the swag delivery, is there any evidence to show if it has been done?

Partnership
We can count the partnership with University, unfortunately we cannot find authentic evidence of the type of partnership intended for:

1. SKRRYPPTO l Sungkyunkwan University
2. Blue Node l Inha University

The events are only in the form of wallet creation, follow, RT, etc., while the majority of participants are not affiliated with the universities.

We need links from the partners stating that they are cooperating with NEAR Korea DAO, not just from one side. At least on their social media account like this:

Or documentation of visiting / MoU document.

All in all, the results provided are highly significant for several aspects. However, we need to emphasize the primary objectives behind the existence of each regional community, as this could serve as a crucial note for future improvements.

I’ll wait for comments from the other council members, please confirm if there are any inaccuracies in my statement.

The popularity of Hot Coin in Korea, coupled with Korea’s significant global purchasing power, has generated immense interest among Korean KOLs and audiences. This attention has led to widespread viral engagement within the Korean community, stemming from our focused efforts. Our strategy centers on onboarding users to Hot Coin and attracting more individuals to join this burgeoning platform. By educating users on the effective use of a Hot Wallet, our goal is to onboard as many participants as possible through various engaging activities.

In the coming month, we plan to diversify our topics to maintain and expand this momentum.
