During the event, we attracted around 80 event participants and visitors to join in our WeChat group. A total of 30 Keypom links were sent out, of which 24 were claimed. The 24 accounts created had 100% interacted with Keypom. Each airdrop link contains 1 $NEAR

  • NEAR Chinese community actively cooperates with projects in the eco-system to organize AMA and on-chain interaction activities.
  • Conduct activities in the existing community to keep the community active. Collect participants’ addresses during the activities, so as to follow up the retention

<1> 11/3-11/14 BOS APP UpoVoting Campaign

The NEAR Chinese community and LiNEAR Protocol have teamed up for a BOS component upvoting campaign.

Users need to log in to their wallets and upvote for the BOS component. A total of 256 votes have been received, representing 256 accounts that have interacted with BOS.

Summary and Feedback

October is the first month that we implemented HOM’s recommended KPIs for community operations. We encountered challenges in the execution process, and we are open to discussing any helpful suggestions and solutions.

1. Account Retention: The indicators for account retention can effectively demonstrate the appeal of the ecosystem and user preferences. To better conduct this, monitoring addresses from community requires a user-friendly product for marketers. If anyone know any tool or product can help on this, please share below!
2. User Acquisition: Keypom is a user-friendly product, particularly beneficial for offline campaigns in user acquisition. Additionally, we noticed Sharddog gained significant attention in marketing-related discussions at NEARCON. If you have utilized Sharddog for marketing activities, we welcome you to share your experiences. It would be valuable for more regional communities to gain insights for NEAR.
3. Hear Community Voice: Over the last month, we have noticed a rise in discussions within the NEAR Chinese community, due to the resurgence of the crypto market and the success of NEARCON. The NEAR Chinese community, being one of the largest and earliest communities in NEAR, comprises a group of engaged users who are concerned about the development of the NEAR. Their discussions and feedback within the community can somehow reflect what users are thinking and what they want. It’s worthy to be heard by NDC members. Hope to see a better channel to make community member voice loud.

It’s exciting to see many good shifts happened and many dedicated people (such as MDAO’s Dacha, Bakaka, DK, etc.) contribute to NEAR since NDC successfully entered V1.

We look forward to a clearer and more customized application, funding approval, work evaluation, and management process for regional communities and further gather all the forces from regional to make NEAR great again.
