In the R D phase, on a startup course, focused on business basics is currently underway. We have engaged an expert startup educator, NYT best-selling author Brant Cooper for the course content and an expert online course builder to design the multi-media structure of the course. We are currently researching our LMS solutions, and waiting to have a meeting with Shashi to understand LMS the foundation is building and see how we can leverage and support. https://leanentrepreneur.co/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/brantcooper/

The community of NEAR is amazing, we have been developing relationships, and discovering synergies with people in the NEAR ecosystem. Examples include (new UX research DAO, the legal guild and more). We are building out our ecosystem map to use and provide as a reference and continue to engage with and learn about all the things going on in NEAR. We are also continuing to advise projects to submit grants and create better models for moving forward. Our latest engagement is with Meet with Wallet, a Web3 native calendar scheduling solution, right in your wallet!

Additionally, I have been working with UC Santa Cruz - Center for Applied Ethics and Values in Emerging Technology on the start of a project proposal with NEAR. This would bring a team of professionals, ethicists, scholars, lawyers, and advisors together as a resource to the NEAR ecosystem. Additionally educational materials and office hours, as well as incorporating with existing resources/processes; accelerators, incubators, studios, and grant awardee support systems. Exploring the creation of a tool for values and ethics internal project review.
