Project title: Growth and Transparency Report / NEAR + University Collaboration in research, storytelling, and project design.
One-liner: Growth and Transparency at NEAR addressed through the creation of a user-friendly report, exploring mediums and partnerships for sharing insights. (Additional projects underway towards grants, see below)

Project Summary: The Growth and Transparency Report for the NEAR ecosystem is meant to provide insight to curious individuals, entrepreneurs, colleagues and industry experts. We want to inspire open dialogue about our current challenges and opportunities, share emerging and existing solutions, and understand ecosystem growth and gaps.
Series: UC San Diego Student Sprint team will design a report with the assistance of mentors and consider a variety of factors.
- Generating insights from on-chain & off-chain data.
- Interpreting correlations between different variables.
- Looking at the rate of change of metrics (2nd/3rd order effects)
- Highlighting entrepreneurial accomplishments & ecosystem wins.
- Discussing challenges and solutions the network is facing.
- Using principles of storytelling to narrate this information in a way that is easier to digest.
- Designing graphics & charts that are easy to interpret
- Dissecting trends

My first week with NEAR. The following list is the results obtained for the team:
- Established Timeline for invitation, application, and workshop.
- Creative brief developed in Notion
- Team management set up with project tracking on Notion.
- Confirmed team commitments from Joel and Daniel.
- Call with the head of EIR program at UCSD Shane Moise and advisors about the best path for this project, pathway decided.
Other Project Development in this week:
- Meetings with web2 platforms interested in bridging to Web3 including Joyfully founder Mark Bishop, beginning of co-work document, 2 other project leads established.
- Meeting with Petgas founder regarding possible build/grant application for NEAR Project.
- Meeting with UCSD Without Walls Festival exploring Art + Tech
