Incubadora Vertical supported three projects in July: CUBA SHOTS, NFT Fair August, and TPD Seminars (Fourth edition).

Due to our guest’s agenda for the monthly seminar at the Incubator, we had to schedule the seminar in August for September 12th. Therefore, in September, exceptionally, two seminars will be held in the same month. The speaker will be Pedro Costa, a researcher who studies technology and gender.

Part of the merchandising material that we ordered has arrived and we now have physical products for distribution and promotion of our DAO. This material was financed with funding from Marketing DAO. We still have to finish the production of our personalized bags. The forecast is that by the end of next month this material will also be ready for distribution to our community.

Highlights:
- The winners of our 6th edition of our Artist Stipend Program ( Gustavo Torres, Leonardo Sousa, PV. Dias, and Mariana Malheiro ) have already completed their first month of stipend and next month they will deliver reports.

- The video of Veridiana Leite was the last to be released on our social media channels this month in the continuation of our project Artist Interviews by CUDO x Incubadora called “CUBA SHOTS”, a project that portrays artists in the contexts of their daily life and work. Henrique Neves, Tiago Rocha Costa, Francisco Lourenço, Jessica Burrinha, and Manu Romeiro’s videos together already had more than 2k views on Youtube and many more views also on Instagram, pushing up the visibility of our channel. PV Dias and Luan Okun videos will be the next to be released and published on our website and social media.

- This month also happened the Workshop “Ways of Seeing” with Natália Loyola and Coletivo Amarelo. Incubadora supports the development of this workshop through our vertical financial support program.

- Poliedro: We developed our zine Poliedro with some works by artists from our community. We make this material available in our online store and over time we will also feed our project page on the website with more information and content about these artists.

- Through a partnership with the 3XR and the Incubadora Vertical project Metaverse experiments - Nears Cribs and Templates, we invited the architect Loraine Meister to create virtual spaces in which it will be used as templates for developing virtual galleries on CreateThing. The templates has already been developed, but is not yet available for public use, as it is being implemented by the 3XR technical team, and it is expected that it will be available on their platform very soon. From this initiative, we will receive royalties from galleries that are sold on Mintbase using our template.
Studies and preview of the second template
- In order to support each other and nurture creativity and collaborations within the ecosystem, we helped to organize and participate in the second NFT fair. During this event each DAO will buy artworks from the other DAOs through Astro. The event will take place at the beginning of September due to some delays in the budget of some participating DAOS, but it has budgets all referring to the month of August.

Participation in the NFT fair is very interesting to strengthen ties of partnerships with other DAOs and to generate engagement in our Mintbase Store.

We need to manage our financial and activity calendar in a more organic way, so that delays in activities do not happen.

Supporting the four winners of the Artist Stipend Program 6th Open Call and prepare the next edition.
