As the council of the Aurora Community DAO (AC-DAO) i provide the progress and accomplishments made during December from my side. Our team has been diligently working on a variety of initiatives to enhance our ecosystem and community engagement.
Charter Work and Presentations:

We devoted significant efforts to refining our charter, ensuring it aligns with our evolving goals and community needs.

Prepared comprehensive presentations for introducing AC-DAO to the congress, showcasing our vision, activities, and future plans.
Community Engagement and Meetings: -
Actively participated in weekly AMA sessions with the Near Digital Collective (NDC), fostering open communication and community involvement.

Held numerous internal meetings with the AC-DAO team to strategize and coordinate our efforts effectively.

Engaged in 10 meetings with teams of potential projects, evaluating them for support and collaboration within our ecosystem.
Proposal Development and Reporting: -
Worked extensively on crafting detailed proposals and reports, focusing on transparency and clarity for all stakeholders.

Created a custom sticker pack for the AC-DAO community on Telegram, adding a fun and personal touch to our interactions.
Marketing and Content Development: -
Developed a robust marketing strategy for the upcoming months, aiming to increase visibility and engagement.

Prepared various textual and graphical materials tailored for AC-DAO, enhancing our communication and branding.

Devised a content plan for the next month, ensuring a steady and impactful flow of information to our community.
Partnerships and Collaborations: -
Explored and developed concepts for cross-collaborative interactions with future projects, broadening our ecosystem’s reach.

Prepared materials for potential partners, focusing on engagements we plan to undertake in the coming months.

Currently, our focus has shifted more towards the technical aspects of partnering, resulting in the selection of three additional projects for collaboration in the next month:
- Aurora Casino
- Pipeflare
- RampAnalysis
This is part of the new projects, but of course we will also support the previous projects and all the projects described in the February proposal. We will definitely come back to it.
Separately I would like to mention that we are preparing a big partnership program with pipe flare and their games. Now we are in touch with SEO and have already decided together what we will work on
These projects are set to interact with the AC-DAO community and the Aurora ecosystem in the near future, promising exciting developments.
Conclusion:
December has been a month of hard work and strategic planning. As AC-DAO, we are excited about the upcoming collaborations and are committed to continually supporting and developing the Aurora ecosystem.
So now the structure of the congress has become more or less clear to us, we are ready to improve our work and strive for higher achievements for the benefit of the AURORA/NEAR community.
